Services

We provide mobile pizza catering in Sydney and surrounding areas. Menu items, packages, pricing and inclusions shown on this website are indicative. Final quotes and event details are confirmed in writing before your event.

Bookings and deposits

Online bookings require a deposit to hold your date and session. Deposit, cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Booking & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Pricing

Per-head package prices, minimum spend, service fees and call-out fees are described on this website and in your quote. Additional charges may apply for travel, extended service hours or special requirements agreed with you in advance.

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and event information
• Ensure suitable site access, a flat setup area and power as advised
• Notify us promptly of changes to headcount, timing or venue details
• Comply with venue rules and applicable laws at your event

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from events outside our reasonable control. Our liability for services is limited to re-supplying the services or refunding amounts paid for those services, where required by law.

Content on this website (text, images, branding) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts in NSW.
