Our crew rolls in and sets up the full live kitchen, including the branded marquee, oven and prep bench.

  • Black-and-white branded marquee, included with no extra fee
  • Commercial gas conveyor oven, ingredient station, prep bench, the lot
  • Typically 45–60 minutes from arrival to service-ready
  • We just need a flat spot and access to power

Live pizza making

A rolling spread of pizzas built in front of your guests, with unlimited slices and half the show, half the meal.

  • Every pizza built fresh to order, so the bench is always busy
  • Slices come off hot and crisp, not sitting around going soft

Packages 2 & 3

Starters & desserts

Add-on rounds roll out alongside the pizzas, without slowing the main flow.

  • Starters go out at the top of service, like garlic bread, calzones and bruschetta pizza
  • Desserts roll out toward the back half, with Nutella, Biscoff and pistachio across pizzas, twists and calzones
  • Gourmet pizzas appear on Package 3 alongside the traditional spread
  • Plenty of variety without holding up the main pizza queue
