Booking, Deposit & Refund Policy

This policy applies to bookings made with Certified Pizza Pty Ltd (ABN 87 625 485 850), trading as Certified Pizza Catering. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

How booking works

When you book online, you choose your event date, service session, package and estimated headcount, then pay a $100 deposit via Square to hold your booking. We will contact you to confirm final details, balance owing, service fees and call-out fees before your event.

Deposit

• The deposit secures your date and session slot.
• The deposit is applied toward your final invoice.
• Deposits are processed by Square. We do not store your card details.

Cancellations by you

• More than 14 days before your event: deposit refundable minus any non-recoverable costs we have already incurred.
• 7–14 days before your event: 50% of the deposit is refundable.
• Less than 7 days before your event: deposit is non-refundable.

We may waive or adjust these terms at our discretion in exceptional circumstances. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is available if requested at least 14 days before your event and subject to availability. Further changes may incur fees. Your deposit can be transferred to a new date where agreed in writing.

Cancellations by us

If we must cancel due to illness, equipment failure, severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a full refund of amounts paid or an alternative date, at your choice.

Minimum spend and final balance

A minimum spend applies to full live setups as stated on our website. Your final balance is based on confirmed headcount, package, service duration and any agreed extras. Payment terms for the balance will be confirmed before your event.

Consumer guarantees

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to services supplied with due care and skill and fit for purpose. If there is a major failure, you may be entitled to a refund or other remedy. Contact us promptly at info@certifiedpizzacatering.com.au or 0407 112 677.
